If external data is used, it must be made publicly available for other teams to use.
Only fully-automatic algorithms are allowed.
Publication policy:
Participating teams are allowed to publish the methods that they develop using the data provided in this challenge, provided that they properly cite this challenge and the dataset. This is allowed to happen after an embargo time to be specified later, necessary for the organisers to publish a challenge paper. The dataset can be cited with this paper, found on arxiv.
